I have been coming here for over 10 years; I should have written this review sooner! All of the staff are phenomenal! They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. I never feel rushed when we visit and they listen and address all of my concerns. Every service we have utilized them for (boarding, grooming, annual visits, even surgery) has been a positive experience. They are great with communication, as well. Our pup had surgery last week, and I have called them frequently with random questions. They reply back promptly either with a return call or text from the appropriate staff member (doctor, technician, etc.). I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a great veterinarian experience. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies!
My vet retired. So, I looked for a new vet for my senior dog for a while before I settled on Mission Road Animal Clinic. Even though it's a bit further driving distance, I'm so glad I chose this place. Dr. Sam is so incredibly knowledgeable, explained in great detail what my options are for arthritis care without any pressure to purchase anything and was super gentle when examining my pup. I also really appreciate vets who are realistic and honest whether an exam is necessary or not. The entire staff from intake to the lab are so kind and attentive, despite seemingly it being a busy clinic. It is important to note also that pricing seems very reasonable compared to other clinics. I will recommend them to all my friends with furry animals. A+++
My family has been bringing our babies to Mission Road Animal Clinic for the last 13 years. The professionalism and their compassion has surpassed any expectations I have for my babies, and that's high. Jess has cried and laughed with us through the process of life. Even with as wonderful as everyone is, she has been the one to go above and beyond and I consider her and the staff our family. If you're looking for a place to love and care for your fur babies, you won't find any better then here.
We have a difficult dog who was having problems with itching and the clinic was very accommodating getting her in on a Saturday even though we called on Friday. Dr. Benschoter was great with her, even though she's a nervous dog and had a tendency to snap, but he was very understanding and advised...correctly...that he though she was having allergic problems instead of bug bites and he gave her a shot that made her feel better almost immediately. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and he has been a vet for a long time, so we felt safe and comfortable, which is something that we haven't experienced in other local vets.
